Scott Jarkoff is a website designer who was one of the co-creators of DeviantArt one of the most used art websites used in thw world. When viewing the website I found why it is used by so many people through its easy to use interface and links which are quick and simple to use to view other peoples art work. The homepage on the site has the daily top art works so as to entice users to look futher into the website and the websites colour and logo is kept throughout . The website can be used easly by first time users but will block out different sections of the website so as to make the user sign up to the site. The website is also updated every 8 hours so as to keep all artwork running though and moderation. One of the other things that I found to be interesting is that there is a counter in the corner of the homepage that allows the user to see how many pieces of art are on the website.
